Ingredients

  • 2 flat breads
  • Sanitarium Marmite™
  • hummus
  • fresh tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • carrots
  • cucumber
  • bean sprouts

Method

  1. Lay the flat breads on a clean surface. Spread with Sanitarium Marmite™.
  2. Top with hummus and fresh tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, cucumber and bean sprouts. Roll up, encasing all the filling, cut into pieces.
  3. Wrap well for a lunchbox or cut into smaller pieces for picnics.

Our Tips

  • Add cottage cheese, sundried tomatoes, cucumber, avocado or different types of salad leaves such as rocket.
