Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of Marmite™
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded

Method

  1. Spread Marmite™ on both slices of bread, followed by shredded lettuce.
  2. Place second slice on top and press together. Cut into small triangles to serve.
  3. Serve immediately or wrap to keep fresh for a lunch box.
