Ingredients
- 1 tsp of Marmite™
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 2 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
Method
- Spread Marmite™ on both slices of bread, followed by shredded lettuce.
- Place second slice on top and press together. Cut into small triangles to serve.
- Serve immediately or wrap to keep fresh for a lunch box.
